Guys are you overweight?have you try to excersice?If you did but u didnt lose weight heres how:Open your shirt when you sleep you can open your pants too(optional).Then close the fan and put ur blanket on,if its itchy dont put your blanket on.I lost 1kg every 2 days doing this.

@twilightluver66 actually, Ive done this for a week a week and a half and I lost 6 pounds.. I dont know how but I did. I than got lazy and gained 6 pounds again lol. Im a failure (n)
