Any methods of losing weight/tone to look better in jeans?



I'm 16, 5' 2-3'' and weigh about 112 lbs. My mom has recently began to say that I'm fat. Obviously it brings down my self esteem. I was wondering if there are any exercise that help thin thighs, and the leg. I'm really weird because I can fit into size 0 pants at Banana Republic and size 0-1 at AE, but I fit 3/4 at Aeropostale but I'd like to have thinner thighs so I look better in jeans.

  1. I can’t help much in the way of working out i have the same question. However, my aunt use to work for the Ford Modeling Agency, same as Tyra Banks. I use to get really upset when I could never find a constant size in jeans. She told me that the way they make jeans is they take a stack of fabric and use large angled blades to cut the stack into a bunch of sizes at once. The top of the stack will be the smaller sizes and the bottom be the larger sizes. Every jean company uses different blades and different angles which will make a size 0 in jeans of one brand be different than a size 0 in another. I hope this helps your self esteem a little. When I go shopping for jeans I remember this when I start getting irritated and it makes me feel better.

  2. I would have your mom take you for your annual check-up and have your doctor make suggestions for you. If you aren’t do for an annual have her make an appointment anyway.

  3. Run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do leg exercises (which appear in many magazines or you can just search it up online) Well Aeropostale is made for teenagers specifically 12-17, but Banana Republic is for adults so it’s not that weird at all. And you are not fat honey :)

  6. okay your mom is CRAZY. 112 pounds? girl you are skinny. i guess because of your height it might make you look a little chubby, but don’t stress its going to be alright (: you want thin thighs? ah, i want the opposite. but don’t worry about fitting into size 0 pants. i know i cant! im a 2 at AE and nothings wrong with that. personally in my opinion big thighs look way better then thinner. but we all want what we don’t have. but im sure if you look on google you will find some exercises to help your thighs. and like i said you are NOT fat! so don’t stress!

  7. huni u need to do squats it tones the thighs there is a few aerobics classes u can take which focuses on thighs n bum bums lol… Otherwise what ur describing u sound perfect I’m not sure y ur mamma is saying your fat when ur not, plus u r only young ur body will change soo much ne ways. Eat salads n tuna n lentil soups =) der very healthy and in no time sweety u will feel sexy in ur jeans =) tc… Thanks for replying to my question x
