8 tips for weight loss & my weight update




Please read I upload these videos because people are asking me how I am losing weight. I want to be honest with everyone. I don't want to keep my lifestyle to myself. It took me about 4 months to get to where I am now. I am done with losing weight and now am going to keep up the healthy lifestyle! Please vote for me! apps.facebook.com

  4. @BREAKTHECODE2222009 :D thanks! I used to have an even tighter body than now, before baby…This girl at the gym told me to look at old pictures of my body to remind it of what it used to be like. It’s funny because I feel like that worked, but I don’t know if that is good advice to pass around. it sounds so wacky. BTW do you have videos?

  5. Wow you look fab! Im trying to loose weight now and it is so hard to try and fit exersuze with a child around but i make it thru somehow. How old is your son?

  11. Congrats on losing inches! I also use the EVOO spray because its o calories. You are doing awesome! I have 9 pounds until I hit my first goal weight of 150. I just put my weight loss vlog up last night and should have waited until this morning to weigh because I am at 167. When I filmed last night I was 169.

  17. Thanks so much for the video :) I have a quick question… I went to get a facial last week and the lady asked me what my daily food intake was and she was horrified at the fact that i mix fruit with my meals (bananas and oatmeal) etc. She said I shoulsn’t do that, that is false right?

  19. @IrisVlogging no she didn’t have a reason she said that fruits are meant to eat alone without a meal. She also said that fruits are seasonal and so is your body, like right now we should not be eating oranges because they are out of season. My mom is like you (very into eating healthy and getting fit) and I am in my beginning stages, but when I told my mom she said that I can mix fruits with my foods. I just got confused :(? Hopefully you can help…

  20. @MonkE3L0V3 I would like to know her reason for telling you that. Without knowing her reason, I can’t say if she was right or wrong. But as for mixing the fruit with food, there is nothing wrong with it. Some fruits have acid in them and if they are mixed with milky foods, can make your stomach upset. For example, if you eat oranges with oatmeal, you might get an upset stomach. Other than that, I don’t know why she would say that.

  22. @MonkE3L0V3 it has to do with the way your body digests fruits… Fruits are best eaten properly combined (mono fruit salads) at least 45 min apart from any other foods

  24. ok, you look good keep up the journey. i would like to know if it is possible to loose a tummy after having 4 children . i mean i am older and it has been at least 10yrs since that last child. i seem to be gaining all my weight in my tummy. help me if you have any suggestions.

  25. @mingligoode12 With 4 children, your biggest challenge is going to be, finding the time. If u really want it, YES it’s possible to lose it! But if u want to be a mom 101% of your life, it will be difficult. I would recommend starting with clean eating: Lean meats, brown rice, green vegetables. Drinking lots of water.
    From there, you need intense weight training (not to bulk up but to strengthen your muscles) YES! You can lose your mommy tummy!!!!
