@oyinmeibi, there are differing views when it comes to using vitamins, just like any supplements, they are not mandatory if you have a good balanced diet. vit D is good for your bones but you must take it with calcium to increase absoprtion. Vit C also helps in boosting your immune system, vit E for skin etc. I would recommend a simple multivitamin daily. But as i said, scientific studies on effects of multivitamins are still not conclusive. Vitamins are also vast excreted in urine so less toxic
