The first thing you need to do before you start any diet or exercise program is to record your measurements, take your bodyfat percentage, and take before pictures of yourself. This is so important because you need to get an accurate view of your current condition. hey i got a question….. you said we have to do at least 20 minutes cardio exercise right? but it’s not the same WALKING 20′ and RUNNING 20′….. so what’s the minimum satisfying speed i have to do when i do cardio exercise?

@The15rocker
I strive to keep my heart rate at 125 beats per minute for this post workout cardio. That’s a good range for fat loss. Keep in mind this is not meant to be a high intensity cardio workout, it’s just an “Extra Add On” to help burn off some bodyfat.

@TheDrizen
I didn’t tell you to run either :-)
I said walking on a treadmill. Keep in mind this is not meant to be a high intensity cardio workout, it’s just an “Extra Add On” to help burn off some bodyfat. Save the higher intensity cardio for a separate session on it’s own

@tdwpx5 Creatine is a great supplement for a fully developed and athletically focused lifters. It can become extremely dangerous if you have not fully developed (I.e. you should be anywhere in the range of 18-21 years of age). Also, Creatine can be almost as fatal as steroids if not cycled correctly. You should consult a doctor about a safe cycling time before you start any regiment. Over all, it can be very effective, but you have to take it correctly, otherwise it can be dangerous.
