I love your vids. Your advice is always spot on. Im after moving to south korea from ireland. Im gonna be here for a year. I work from two till ten at night and i like my job. I walk to work everyday. I find my diet to be terrible. For breakfast i always have a kimpop. This..seafood veggy roll..er..thing. But im so so tired when i wake up all the time. How do I get more energy when i wake up in the morning? sounds like a silly question but i seem to be fatigued all the time…
