10-Minute Cardio Aerobic Exercise Workout at Home — Burn Fat & Calories, Lose Weight, Slim Down




In this video I take you through an excellent 10-minute aerobic cardio workout that you can do right in your own home any time it is convenient. I recommend you do this every day if you are trying to lose weight or even just to reduce stress. Doing regular cardio exercise is so important for a healthy heart, and overall fitness of your body. Cardiovascular exercise is any type of exercise that increases the work of the heart and lungs which is what you will do in this video. My routine is comprised of 5 different energizing cardio exercises that will get your heart pumping and you burning calories. I do the exercises right along with you so you can see proper form with your arms, legs and feet, and stay motivated. I will go through the five exercises 3 times for a total of 10 minutes. Want more cardio workout exercise; simply replay the tape and you will now have a 20 minute workout. Replay it again and you have a 30 minute workout! That's quite a challenge!!!   3. Hi, if you do this video every day you will lose weight provided you also watch your diet. Losing 10kg in 1-2 months is quite aggressive for you. I would say you aim for 1-2 pounds per week.

  7. Hi, I would say you are burning about 130-160 calories. Remember, you will also continue to burn calories after you complete this exercise as you have raised your bodies metabolism which is the rate at which is processes and digests your food ;

  8. Hey thanks for replying. Anyways im not fat, ide say im pretty skinny with alot of muscle, but im just trying to get in shape for summer. I also dont really eat alot of fiber cuz i dont know what foods have alot of fiber.

  9. Hi… I found this video very interesting and motivated to do it atleast once… I am 5feet 2 inch hight and 162 lbs weight….
    daily I eat 100% whole whete productls like elbows spagetti oats with lentils .. and vegggies ( cooked ) …1 cup of tea … 1cup of bournvita …. Am I following right diet ?? and also Iam not able to do jumping jacks as I hv knee pain while doing this… can I skip this alone and continue with the other ?? wanna reduce really

  11. This is amazing!:) i used to go for a run everyday which was kinda a hassle and stuff after school but now I just replay this a few times at home and it works just as good:) thnx for posting

  12. Hi, fiber is found in whole grains like brown rice, whole grain pasta, cereals, oatmeal, nuts, fruits and vegetables. Fiber is a very important part of your diet. It helps regulate your insulin levels and metabolism and it’s very healthy for you. Be sure you fiber in your diet.

  13. Absolutely. If there is any part of this exercise video that you cannot perform don’t do it, but do keep moving. So either march in place or jog or do the high knees, but keep your heart rate elevated with movement. You don’t want to start to cool down because you want the full cardio benefit of sustained movement. Your diet sounds good. Do you eat meat or chicken? These are great sources of low fat protein. You don’t need a lot, but it does have a lot of vitamins. Also, how about fruit.

  15. Hi, you could lose 2 pounds a week. Which is what you want. You really don’t want to do it too fast as it’s not healthy for your body. I’m glad you like my video :o)

  19. I need to lose about 40 pounds and while that may be impossible by the end of May for my anniversary trip I did want to ask how often you would recommend doing this exercise routine weekly. I also do jogging and walking for 30 minutes five times a week for 30 minutes. Plus following a good diet. So it would be unhealthy to lose for than two pounds a week? Would that even be possible…lol

  20. So you would want to work the abs and the upper body ‘after’ you cool down?

  23. Hi, you are doing a great job with your regular exercise. Adding this routine to what you already do might just be what you need to rev up your routine. I do agree with you that 40 pounds by the end of May is too much weight to lose. It’s just not healthy to lose weight fast like that. I do recommend two pounds a week as a target. You may be able some weeks to lose 3 pounds, depending on the state of your body and how you’re feeling, but two pounds is really the most you should try to lose.
