# 1 weight loss tip

*CLICK HERE FOR A FREE WEIGHT LOSS WORKBOOK* www.erinhuggins.com Healthy lifestyle coach Erin Huggins shares her number one weight loss tip. Hey there, I am so inspired to help people reach their weight loss goal. I have lost over 20 pounds and I want to help you do the same. Helping people lose weight naturally is one of my biggest mission in life. I know how frustrating weight loss is because I've been there. My weight loss approach is completely holistic. I teach what I did to lose 20 pounds and keep it off for 13 years. I want to show you that weight loss is not a mystery. Weight loss is simply a matter of the right conditions coming together. Your weight loss goal is EASY if you have all the right ingredients. You have to think about what you will gain from losing. Stop thinking about your weight loss goal and start thinking about the benefits from your goal. This is VERY important. To many people only focus on the big picture weight loss goal and they dont focus on the steps or the conditions that will make weight loss inevitable. This is crucial to your success. I can not stress this enough! Ok, so I went off on a little tangent there. Natural nutrition is so important. Whole foods, and natural foods from the earth will get you to your goal. You have to start to care for yourself by eating and preparing whole, organic and natural foods whenever possible. When you do this weight-loss is inevitable. And this is what you want. www.erinhuggins.com Good luck and success ...

  1. Thanks, I like the simplicity of it..and it`s pure logic….My only problem is my mind will find a way of overeating..per example..I`m just thinking well potatoes is food and fresh..umm i will cook them with olive oil (or canola oil) that is also food and then bake them with abit of salt or spice..that is also food…now I`m sure if I eat 5 potatoes that I`ve transformed in chips….I won`t loose weight will I? if so I’ m going to make some right now…If not what can you suggest as a good treat

  24. To all who are watching this video, I recommend reading “The Omnivore’s Dilemma”, by Michael Pollan. What Erin says about products v. real food and how corporations churn out ultra processed products with an extra long shelf life that don’t nourish and make you fat in order to make more money is explained in detail in that book. It will open your eyes.

Bad. They’re not real food, but an amalgam of synthetic vitamins and minerals wrapped up in chemical ingredients to enhance appearance and flavor. Stick to real protein: that which comes from nuts, beans, and lean meat.
