Colon Cleanse: Day 1 Enemas and Mucoid Plaque and Fasting oh my!
So we started day 1 of our colon cleanse today. The cleanse starts off with 3 days of preparation. During these 3 days, you are figuring out how many pills you need to take so that you have 3 bowel movements' per day. You also slowly but surely start the cleansing process which kicks into high gear on day 4. We discuss our fears of starting, our excitement, why we're doing this, and how it works. WE LOVE YOU!
