The British Osteopathic Association (BOA) called for a Big Bag Amnesty during Back Care Awareness Week (10 - 16 October 09) to draw attention to the health implications of carrying too much weight. Armed with a luggage scale to show just how heavy our bags really are, BOA Council member Danny Williams (the big bag police Chief) hit the streets with GMTV to delve into the handbags of passersby and make them aware of the damage being done from carting too much stuff around. www.osteopathy.org
