Will my skin get damaged from acnefree?
I started using proactiv in october, and than because it was more affordable, i started using acnefree in january. I have been using both since. I have heard though that products with benzoyl peroxide can cause skin damage, premature aging, and higher risk for skin cancer. Than people told me to switch to just salicylic acid products, but they don't really do much for me. I am using acne free once a day, and only very little of the lotion and cleanser, (which has benzoyl peroxide) and a decent amount of the toner. I have broken out a bit, but not anything to crazy. Anyways, I plan to keep using it for the mild breakouts/acne i have, in my family acne usually minimalizes by like 18 or so, I know thats what happened for my sister. I just starting using this, Im 17, and yeah. I dont have severe acne, but mild and i like to have clear skin. Will my skin be damaged if I use acnefree?

nothing will happen…benzoyl peroxide just clears acne more efficiently because its stronger. if you want something that works, get Benzaclin or Duac Topical Gel. Its a subscribed acne medication, but itll work for you. It does for all teens and it starts working right away. It cleared up my skin and my face was horrible.
