whats the best way to PREVENT back acne?
i dont have acne on my face, but i have a LOT on my back, the chest isnt as bad though. and its really embarrising because now im getting zits on my neck?! Not all over but i've got like two, just near the top of my neck! I take a shower every single day and use body wash, i was using the nutrogena body wash to help prevent body acne but it didnt work, i recently started using clearasil face wash on my back and chest (i saw that suggestion on yahoo answers) and its been working better, but i dont know what i should do to prevent break outs in the first place? especiall where you can see it on my neck! you cant see the back and chest acne. thank you soo much.

Does your mom, dad, sibling have the same problem?
It sounds like this has something to do with genetics.
If not, go to a doctor or dermatologist and show them the problems you are having and they will prescribe you something to help get rid of it!
