What's a quick fix for acne?!?
The majority of my face is perfectly clear, but there is one pimple on my chin that will NOT go away. Usually my acne goes away within a day or two, but I've had this one pimple for about four days, and I can tell it'll be there a while longer. I've washed my face a lot recently (2-3 times a day, and my face isn't dry or anything) and it seems like this pimple just does not want to go away, or even fade!
Is there any quick spot treatment? Home remedy or going to the store to buy a product is fine, whatever works.
Right now, I have a band-aid with a triple anti-bacterial cream on it because it got scratched and left a scab. Is that helping, or hurting it?

Try taking some aspirin and also icing the spot. Aspirin will help the blood flow in your body and get proper circulation to the spot, which will speed the healing process. Icing will also lower the inflamation.

See if you can get some pure Neem oil to dab on it. Amazing stuff.
Try not to play with it, and drink lots and lots of water. (I also wouldn’t cover it up, if possible, though hard to comment without seeing it.)
