what would you recommend to treat blackheads?
I don't have much trouble with acne but i've always struggled with blackheads i've had them professional taken care of a couple times but they always seem to start showing up again within days. What Blackhead removal treatments out there would you recommend and say to be the most effective and fast-acting.

Blackheads don’t go away in an instant – it’a a gradual process.
There are lots of methods out there which surely will reduce the amount of blackheads as long as you do them routinely…
1. Steam your face over boiling water for abt 5-10 min. Then get the blackheads extractor to get the gunk out of your face. Press gently, not too hard! Otherwise it may gives you acne scar… After that, wash your face with regular cleanser n moisturise after… You can do this once ot twice weekly..
2. Use pore strips like from Biore. use it once or twice per week…
3. Let the pros do it, LOL
But really cleansing and moisturising your face should help in clearing all these impurities away

I would say diet is very important. Cut out raw cane sugar from your diet & eat lots of fruits & make fresh fruit & fresh veggie juices. Avoid greasy food & junk food.
Exercise & shower regularly. Use a clean face towel everytime you towel dry your face.
After washing your face or exfoliate it; use lemon juice on the affected areas. It is a good natural skin toner (like witch hazel).
