You should give a little more info about your situation. What you are trying will more likely just irritate your skin, which could lead to scarring.
There are a few things you can do to help acne that are simple and easy.
1) Wash your pillow covers often (don’t sleep on one side more than twice ideally). Sleep on each side of the pillow cover once or twice then wash it.
2) Wash your towel/sheets every couple weeks as well
3) DRINK WATER – Water will do wonders, dry and get up to 7-8 glasses a day.
4) try taking a Cod Liver Oil supplement. (Omega 3, vitamin A, vitamin D complex). Vitamin E might help too.
5) Moisturize with a good moisturizer often. Try Cetaphil (http://www.cetaphil.com/Products/DailyFacialMoisturizer.aspx)
6) Eat healthy and exercise. Cut out as much sugar as you can.
7) Don’t use too many cleansers, its just going to irritate your skin in the end. Wash once in the morning and once at night with a mild cleanser. Moisturize after you wash your face.
Lastly, if it doesn’t get better in a month or so, go see your doctor. They can give you minocin or something, or even Accutane if you need it.

Sorry but there is no cure for acne. If there was we would all know about it and the inventor would be a millionaire.

different things work for different people :o it may or may not work for you.. of course you have to try it out to find out but yeah. Since the clinique don’t work for you it’ll probably never work.
