   I’ve had acne my entire life, but it became worse as I got older, so I can understand where you’re coming from. I use Cetaphil soap, and it has worked well. Don’t use any cloths or loofas to apply it. Just rub it on your hands as you’re showering and gently apply it in a circular motion. Also–DO NOT scrub the area with a towel when drying…just pat dry. You can buy Cetaphil basically anywhere. It’s usually in the cosmetics section. Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart, CVS, etc. Hope this helps!
