A while back my dermatologist suggested using Dial Gold – the liquid soap in a pump for my face to help with acne. I was also having troubles with back acne and thought I would try the Dial Gold. It made a HUGE difference. I use it once a day in the shower with a bath poof. Wash your back with the Dial Gold AFTER you rinse your hair out.
Try it for 2 weeks and I bet you’ll see a difference.

i had acne on my back for a year. and i had tried many of the creams that my dermatologist gave me for my face, but the only thing that worked immediately for my back was a chemical peel. it took a week for me to heal, but all the acne was gone, and hasn’t returned.
