if its hormones then try birth control or maybe antibiotics, if its really bad then try accutane but read up on it first because accutane can have some pretty dangerous side effects

Just wash your face every morning with water and a face cloth. I also use oxy pads when my face gets really bad but I find all those acne products dry my skin out to much

Chocolate… Fried Foods… All of that is BULLSHIT.
FOOD doesn’t ’cause’ acne… Touching your face after eating fried foods and getting oils on your face CAN but EATING it can’t…
Proactive is nothing but 10% Benzoyl Peroxide so you can spend $40.00 on Proactive or get Oxiclear 10% Benzoyl Peroxide for $5.00 or less at Walgreens or Target. http://www.walgreens.com/store/product.jsp?CATID=100303&navAction=jump&navCount=0&skuid=sku3133333&id=prod3134500
I have HORRIBLE skin to this day and I use Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer or the Target Version of it that is 1/2 the price. I use this head to toe on every place I have "Issues".

I also use Neutrogena Rapid Clear Treatment Pads.

All of these are Salicylic Acid products.
If you read the backs you will realize that almost ALL of them are exactly the same thing, in different bottles, for a WIDE range of prices…
A bottle of Biore Acne Med’s has 2% Salicylic Acid for $10.00
Neutrogena Acne Med’s has 2% Salicylic Acid for $7.00
Clean & Clear Acne Med’s has 2% Salicylic Acid for $5.00
The Target "Knock Off" has 2% Salicylic Acid for $2.00
Just look at the backs of the bottles and you will see that it is all the same stuff so look at the Unit Price after you look at the back!

If you have sensitive like me…Never ever wash your face with any kind of soap..especially any fragranise in it…(my mother told me this when I was very young)
f you skin is senistive..then don’t use Noxema or any product like it…Instead use something like Nutragena. (If you want to use a soap)
For me…I use wash CLOTH Only, & never a puffy, or scruby thingy. ..with ONLY hot water. I aways Make sure there is nothing but water on it..and scrup a few times in an upward sweep – rolling affect.on my face..( it’s an exfoliating thing)
I’m 45 yrs old now..I actually listened to the one bit of advice my mother gave me on this long ago….lol..if not anything else..at least that…lol..
Also…any makeup with an oil base to it is not good either….Try to stick with water based products…Even as an adult now..I still get break outs, but since returning to the basics of what mother told me…giggle…..I haven’t had a break out for a while now…and I swear by Mabeline products, Never ever Cover-girl..(I break out big time. I’ve tried all cover girl makeup products)…
I have a picure of myself on my 360…I dont think I look 45 …if I do…then "my bad"…but I’ve always been told I look younger than what I am…I say it’s because of these 2 little things that have helped me that got me the great start I now have in life…
Good luck..you’ll be fine…just experiement alittle…
