What order are you supposed to put makeup on? What color eyeliner should I use?
I am 19, but I'm not really one to wear much makeup. I have a special occasion to go to tomorrow though, and I want to cover up some problem areas so I don't look too terrible for pictures.
I figured I'd go through my normal skincare routine (washing the face, lotion, acne spot treatment) first, but what next? I have some concealer (with acne medication in it) to help cover those spots and I have some foundation, blush (which I don't like wearing), eye shadow, mascara, eyeliner, and under-eye concealer/brightener. What order do I use everything?
And as far as eyeliner. I got it as a gift. I have a greyish color and a more greenish (slightly blueish) color. My eyes are blue and the eyeshadow set and mascara I have are designed to bring out the color in my eyes (the eyeliner is not part of the same collection). Which color do you suggest I use?

This is what i do:) ,
Wash my face,
Pat it dry, and apply Clinique Toner
I then use Nivea Day cream (put it on with the tip of your fingers making sure your skin absorbs the lotion)
Apply sunblock
Then apply a concealer to the needed areas (eye bags, pimples)
Then I apply my foundation with a sponge
Then i put powder on (very lightly)
Then i put a bit of blush/bronzer

Line your upper lid ,
Curl your eyelashes
Apply 2-3 coats of mascara

What I do:
Prepare your skin with cream or if you have some use primer.
Put on a liquid foundation that matches your skin tone. Warm the foundation up in the palm of your hand by rubbing it in a circle. This ensures a better "stick".
Apply the foundation with circular upward strokes.
Use concealer where needed. Use your ring finger to dab and blend it in.
Use a powder foundation to set.
Apply eyeshadow, eyeliner then mascara. This avoids smudging. Zig zag your hand when you are applying mascara to achieve a fuller effect.
Appy your blush, then set makeup with pwder foundation again. (Lightly)
Use bronze or goldish eyeshadow as blue contrasts with yellow.

The best order to apply the things you’ve listed is…
1) Concealer on blemishes and then concealer under your eyes. Use your ring finger to dab the concealer until it blends in.
2) Only use the foundation if you feel you need to even out your skin tone. Whether you choose to use it or not, you need to set your concealer (and foundation if used) with a loose powder that you use a brush to apply.
3) Blush is always nice to use lightly just to give your face some color and brighten it. Just swirl your brush lightly, smile, and apply it to the apples of your cheeks.
4) Next is eyeliner. Make sure if it is a pencil it is sharpened and drag the side of the tip along your lash line. Go slowly to avoid any skips. Do the same to the underside. If the line seems too dark you can take a q-tip and rub it along the lash lines to smudge it a little.
5) Eye shadow comes next. Use a lighter color on your lid and a darker color along the crease in your eyelid. You can also use a very light color on your brow bone for hi-lighting, but be careful not to use too much.
6) Finally, apply your mascara by first taking the wand and brushing it on the tops of your lashes from base to tip a few times. Next, take the wand and put it at the base of your top lashes on their bottom side. Wiggle the brush back and forth a little to get mascara on as many lashes as possible. Continue to brush the wand up the lashes several times to get length and volume. Then take the wand and lightly hold it against your bottom lashes, wiggling it from side to side, being careful not to touch the skin under your eyes.
If you have any smudges or mistakes, take a q-tip, barely wet it, and use it like an eraser. Don’t be afraid to reapply concealer on any mistakes either.
Good luck!!

I’m not very good with all of this, BUT I can tell you which eyeliner to use. I have blue eyes too that have green in them, and I had black eyeliner, and it was way too harsh for my eyes. I would suggest using the blueish/green eyeliner, because it will bring out the color as well as the mascara and eyeshadow. And if you only use a little bit of the blush, just enough to bring a slight rosy color to your cheeks, it’ll look nice and natural.
