What kind of acne do I have & what are the best over the counter treatments for it?

I'm 16, I have popped them a couple of times, I use St. Ives Apricot Scrub and Oxy Spot Treatment, it hit and misses here and there. I've had this skin problem for a long while, I remember it being as long as 3 years ago. It itches a lot and it'll hurt here and there. Please help! Thanks.

I have that, i used my sister oil free acne wash from walmart i think and it hit and missed as you said, my parents have bought me this stuff Stridex, i’ve been using it for a couple days now and it seems to be clearing up. I have what you have excepts its on my Forehead,Cheeks,Chin,Nose,Nose Indents etc. Try this and see if it works, if not then you should probably get a doctors appointment and try getting some Accutane. Good Luck
