What is the deepest and most effective skin resurfacing I can get?



I am trying to get rid of small acne scars and improve overall skin tone and texture. I want something that goes deep (I don't want to keep going back for more treatments), I don't care about pain, cost, or down time... and if it helps I am 21, and please no stupid or negative comments.
