What is the best treatment for blackheads and acne on the back and shoulders?
My daughter has recently starting getting an abundance of blackheads and acne on her shoulders what is the best most effective treatment for this?

It may be an idea to take her to docs. Some kids need anti biotics for their acne.
If she will let anyone see her undressed, she could do with gentle exfoliation wtih exfoliating wash and a loofah, to help combat the blackheads. If not, I think you can buy an exfoliating strip thing that you use in the shower or bath. Or a loofah but it is harder to target specific areas. Pears soap is supposed to be good for cleansing and it doesn’t block the pores.

Acne in big part can be curtailed with correct eating habits.
You may try this .. me and my friends are using this and doing OK..
