What foods, diet, herbs, etc. can I do to reduce my acne.?



I don't have a severe acne problem. Every few weeks I will get 3 or 4 on pimple on my face. there are always some red spots and little acne. I also have blackheads constantly... So what foods, herbs, and anything can reduce acne. Thanks.

  1. Stay away from greasy, fried foods, junk food, gravies, an over abundance of sugar and processed foods. Other than that eat veggies, fruits, nuts, chicken, very little red meat.

  2. Unfortunately foods and herbs will not help reduce your acne. You need to talk to your doctor about prescription medication. You probably need antibiotics and other medications. Here is some information about acne.
