what do you recommend for preventing acne?



well umm 2/3 months ago i waxed my lip for the first time and like the second time i did it i started to break out on my upper lip area (where i waxed) i thought i was allergic but i've waxed my legs so i cant be allergic to it.. what do u think?

  1. it’s really simple. just get into the habit of washing your face once in the morning when waking up and a second time at night when you go to bed. acne begins when there is dirt in the pores of ur face so to prevent it is from getting all of the dirt of of ur face. a really good scrub is Garnier or even just a bar of soup ( i prefer dove soap, it contains moister in it ).

  2. Try not to touch your face unless you have washed your hands. Washing your face at least once a day. Drinking tons of water. Eating a balanced diet. Staying happy :) Getting a good night sleep. Not picking at your face.

  3. Don’t touch your face or pick at/pop existing acne. Drink a lot of water and wash your face every night and morning. Having a balanced diet also helps a lot.
    If you have really bad acne, you can go to a dermotologist and they’ll prescribe you strong stuff that works really well against acne.
    I went and they prescribed me Differin and antibiotics to kill the bacteria that causes acne.
