  1. maybe the acnefree sensitive skin one?

  2. You will never fully get rid of all of your black heads. Getting a good facial is really the only way to do that. Try using a gentle exfoliating face wash a couple of times a week followed by a toner (biore makes some good ones). On the days you don’t use the exfoliating scrub, use a gentle cleanser, making sure it has vitamin a or retina in it. For spot treatment you can use neosporin every once in a while. Use a face mask once weekly. If your skin gets too dry, use an oil free lotion with SPF in it. The bacteria on your skin can become immune to fash washes and acne treatments if you continue to use the same one over and over, so try switching things up every couple months.

  3. There’s new product called Murad and it really helped my daughter. You can order it online, but I did see it in the drugstore once. I have combination/oily skin and I love Loreal’s Ideal Balance cream cleanser. It has kaolin clay in it to absorb the oil and it will feel weird going on but it worked for me. Have you tried ProActiv? I use only one product from them for breakouts and it’s the best thing I’ve ever used on my acne. It’s called ProActiv Advanced Blemish Treatment and comes in a small tube. It was $30 but worth every penny. One thing that helped my acne was using a very gentle exfoliating product (pretty much anything out there) before I cleansed. I hope some of this info helps!

    TREATMENT
I’ve had incredible results massaging with essential oils. Oils such as olive, sweet almond, grape seed and lavender are good and have been used by skin specialists to successfully treat and cure acne. They do not clog, cause breakouts and surprisingly, lessen skin’s over production of oils.
It’s best to massage quite vigorously. You have to gradually build up to vigorous as skin and hands have to adjust. If can do for 20 min, not necessarily in one session, you will quickly get clearing. Skin will also tighten, look and feel smoother and firmer.
It will rid face of blackheads in as little as three days and will greatly diminish enlarged pores

Oils are perfect moisturizers. They quickly absorb into skin and do not leave face oily. Just remove any surface excess with moistened tissues
