What are some strong natural oils, soaps, etc. that help against acne?

I've all-ways had quite a acne problem. I've stopped using cover-up (clogs the pores) and putting lotion on my face for some time now. I have naturally oily skin and therefore, a great acne problem. My acne has calmed down as I've gotten older (I'm 17 now). I do have a 'break out' (besides the norm) about once a month. I use some apricot face scrub and both peroxide and rubbing alcohol. I know rubbing alcohol dries out the skin so, I use it on bad spots. I also used some prescription cream but, I'm running out and I don't think I can get another prescription. I'm interested in using natural oils and soaps to help my problem. I also suffer from blackheads and occasionally acne on my shoulders. I'm also allergic to adhesives so, I can't use blackhead tape. I've heard tea tree oil works well, does it work for people with oily skin? I also have many scars from acne, is there anything that will help them? Thank you so much for all your help and suggestions. :)

  1. Tea tree oil really does work. I use it and it’s great just don’t use too much. A little bit will do the trick. Also there is a face mask called Aztec Secret that works really well. It comes in a powder and you mix it with water and apple vinigar. I think you could get it at any health food store. Hope that helps!

  2. I have spots on my chest and top of my back. My mum took me to the doctors and it turns out i have achne :(. But i have no spots on my face what so i ever, so im quite lucky :) btw im 13.

I have to use a sprescribed cream. The doctor told me that achne is caused by dry skin which tries to moist its self using natural body oil/grease which causes spots. so you should use moisturizer.

ps; I use clean and clear it really works. you can see the changes daily.
