Here are some tips on preventing and treating acne.
WASH YOUR FACE
Wash your face every morning and night. Wash it thoroughly, with soap and warm water. Rub the soap lightly over your entire face and rinse well. As you rinse, use cooler water, gradually lowering the temperature. The warm soapy water will open and clean your pores, and the cool water will clean and seal them. Dab your face dry with a towel. You will feel great, and after a couple weeks, you will notice a difference that will last.
DON’T EAT FRIED FOOD
Avoid french fries and any foods that are greasy. You will notice that when you eat greasy foods, your upper forehead and the sides of your nose become slightly oily. This can be avoided simply by avoiding bad foods. Its hard, but it definitely works. Also, make sure you are consuming the proper vitamin supplements (a simple multi vitamin can go a long way).
HOME REMEDIES
Some people use acidic remedies. Lemon juice or tomato pulp are good examples. Apply each (or both!) for about an hour, then wash thoroughly. You can also apply orange peels. Other remedies include ice, aloe vera, cumin, and even pomegranates or neem leaves. You should also remove all makeup before bed.

I use toothpaste on my acne. It dries up the bumps. Or I use alcohol, put some on a pad and rub it on my face to remove oils after I wash it.

For pimples i use toothpaste leave it in overnight and POW their gone!! It could be any type of toothpaste brand! And for blackheads, make your own pore strips!! Just by using unflavored jello and milk!! Mix it together and put it in the microwave it for 10 sec. That worked for me doesn’t hurt that much but it works!

Put about 10 teaspoons of milk in a pot and start boiling on high heat,, after about 1 minute crush a aspirin and pour it into the pot, stir until it disolves. After it cools down just a bit apply it on your face and leave it on all night, when you wake up rinse it off. And, boom by the next morning your acne and pimples will have dried out!!! (=

The trick is to vigorously massage using pure natural oils they are noncomedogenic so do not clog or cause breakouts. Extra virgin olive, coconut and almond oils are good
So as not to pull/stretch skin, first tighten by opening mouth 3/4" and pulling lips firmly back against teeth. Do a fast forward and back massage – a circular one will not work. For quickest results do each day for 15 min.(Doesn’t have to be all in one session).
Works on nose also though it is slower working.. I had a mass of nose blackheads and they completely cleared in about 8 days

Message: "Hi. you told me that massaging my face with olive oil would get rid of my
blackheads. It got rid of every last one of them in a few days". Thanks.
From Mika
" I’ve been doing the olive oil massage routine for 2 days now and it’s amazing how all those blackheads and whiteheads are coming out. I guess in a few weeks I’ll see a reduction in my pore sizes too. Thanks a ton Mukunda M "
It’s vitally important to stop using skin harming and skin sickening products. Many skin conditions are the result of skin harming products applied to skin. My severe skin conditions started healing by stopping all product use. They (particularly shampoos) contain some of the most harming chemical ingredients and they harm scalp, hair and facial skin.

I switched to using a pure soap free of all chemicals – no fragrances – no coloring – no preservatives and immediately saw skin healing

Home remdies: Drink 8 glasses of water, don’t touch your face, steam your pores in the shower and exercise.
These all aid in ridding you of acne. However, if you are looking for a low cost, effective way of getting rid of acne I suggest that you try red clover acne tea. It’s actually and blend of serveral natural ingredients and good for a variery of inflamatory skin conditions, acne being one of them. I personally endorse this product because I use it and began using it without telling my familiy about it, drinking it one to two times a day.
Shortly after beginning to use it–about 2 weeks–I was helping my mother do something on the computer. She kept looking looking at me. Finally, she just stopped and said "What did you do to you skin?" Confused, I said "Nothing. Why?" She said "It looks so much better and so healthy!" Thinking rapidly I responded "Oh, that. I started to drink this special tea to help me with my acne. I suppose it’s working!"
I’ve now been using red clover tea for a few month and my skin is healthier than ever. The bumps on my face have gone down, my skin is smoother than ever and my skin is less oily. The bumps on my back have also gone down. I still have a few but compared to before they’re nothing about which to complain. The best part is that it only costs me $15 every 6 weeks to 2 months to maintain my acne fighting routine which is significantly less than other acne fighting systems like Proactiv or Klear and my skin is not left feeling dry and tight, as is a common side effect with those systems.
I do continue to clean my face a few times a week with a facial cleanser and I do use a drying agent every now and again as they do have their benefits but I do not rely on them anymore.
Red Clover Acne Tea has been the most effective acne fighting product I’ve ever tried and will continue to us it.
