There are so many different acne washes and treatments out there it would be hard to give you a definite answer as to which one will work for you. If you want to get a more definite answer, see a dermatologist or even your doctor. They will prescribe something that will most likely clear up your acne. The only suggestion I can make here is not to take any oral medication (excluding birth control. Surprisingly, this helps control your hormones and can help clear your skin up). Taking oral medications can be hard on your liver, so be sure to ask for a topical medication.
If you do not want to see your doctor or a dermatologist, then I would suggest buying Neutrogena products. They have always worked well for me in the past, especially the ones in the all orange and green bottles (sorry I forgot the names!). Other than Neutrogena, I would suggest Max Clarity. Although I haven’t used it myself, I’ve heard that it’s good.
Try not to mix a whole bunch of acne washes together at once. For example, only wash your face twice a day with the same acne wash. Don’t wash your face with, for example, ProActiv in morning and with Neutrogena at night. Stick with one system for weeks at a time, if not months.
Hope I helped, and best of luck!
