What acne treatment is best for my type of acne?
Okay so first you should know is that I have VERY sensitive skin. If I eat the wrong food, use the wrong product... I get pimples or dry skin. I've solved my dry skin problem... but not my acne problem. My pimples range from little to about a large-medium. And I get them a lot at once, on mostly between the eyebrows, or the forehead. And they're red, and occasionally big enough to pop.I've tried clean and clear, Clinique acne wash, and prescription medication. Any product suggestions that would work for my type of acne?

You sound like you have a couple of skin issues going on…the first is cystic acne, which are the larger "poppable" ones. The small red ones are likely a rash or other reaction to harsher cleaners and lotions. Stay with a hypo-allergenic cleaner like the Clinique to keep your skin reactions down – but that won’t help with the cystic acne. I’ve done everything including Accutane, but what’s worked best for me is Retin-A (generic = tretinoin) lotion. It literally "burns" off layers of skin to keep the sebum from getting trapped under layers of skin. Just to warn you, it will make your skin very red, flaky, and sensitive for the first few weeks, but that will subside. Wear a good sunscreen, and mix in a little hypo-allergenic lotion with it like Clinique Dramatically Different to keep the flaking down. After 2 months you will notice a huge decrease in your cysts. Good luck.
