   Hi I tried Zinplex tablets and it worked excellent. It is natural minerals and the the "side effects" are great – stong nails, no flu, no cold sores, clear skin etc. It contains zinc and selenium and Vit A and it takes about 4 weeks to clear up totally and then you just keep on and the acne stays away.    umm i like clearisil that works the best for me. I use the little scrubing pads and the face wash every night and al of my zits have sem to gone away.

   all dermatologists say murad is the best over the counter product out there
   i tried it and its amazing
   its even better than proactive

   i definatly suggest it and everyone i have suggested it to have had the same great results as me

   i havent had any acne at all in 4 months and thats when i started using it

   there is a natural product that helps acne it consist of zinc and selenium the name of the product is zinplex, it is well known than zinc is vital for skin health, you should supplement with this product as it is indicated and in two or three weeks you will start seeing the results, remember it can get worse in the beginning but be patient and continue with the product because it will eventually cure your acne.
