wats a good face mask?



for the treatment of acne...something i could do at home,how long do i leave it on and that will work fast thx...

  1. Take some rolled oats and add either a little water or a little milk to it until it forms a paste.

    Apply the oatmeal mask and allow to dry. Rinse. and pat dry.

    You’re skin will feel extremely soft and clean afterwards.

    Not only does the mask pull oil out of your skin, but oatmeal is great as a moisturizer and is wonderful for sensitive skin.

  3. i have used all of these the best one is the clay but i like them all don’t use all in one day.

    1/4 ripe Papaya (remove skin and seeds)
    5-10 plump Blueberries
    1 egg White
    2 teaspoons Honey

    Mash Papaya Blueberries and honey in a small dish with the back of spoon until well blended and smooth. Beat egg white in separate bowl until peaks form. Fold into Papaya honey mixture gently until mixed. Apply to face careful to avoid your eyes. Leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and pat gently to dry.

    Clay Mask

    This is great for removing impurities in the skin and helping reduce black heads. If you have dry skin do not use this more than twice a month. If your skin is oily try this twice a week but follow with an oil free moisturizer.

    1 Teaspoon plain Yogurt
    1 teaspoon Milk
    1 Teaspoon Cosmetic Clay from local Health store
    1 Teaspoon Honey

    Mix Clay and Milk stir until smooth. Add yogurt and honey stir until well blended. Apply to face, leave for 15 minutes. Rise off gently with warm water. Pat dry.

    Moisturizing Mask

    Nourishing vitamin packed mask great for dry or damaged skin.

    1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
    1 Teaspoon Vitamin E oil (squeeze from capsules)
    ½ ripe Avocado
    1 teaspoon Yogurt
    2-4 drops Favorite Essential Oil

    In small dish Mash Avocado and yogurt until creamy, then add Sesame oil and vitamin E. Mix and mash until evenly blended. Add Essential oil of your choice. Apply to face for 10 to 15 minutes to get full effect. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
