  1. Your family doctor can prescribe something for it…Or a dermtologist(skinDoc)
If your parents have prescription coverage, and your doctor can prescribe benzoperoxide that should clear some of it up… also try some neutrogena soap for oily skin…Dont use anything with oils in it…It will make it worse (in my opinion) Good Luck

  2. Awe I’m sorry to hear that. Acne stinks! The best advice I could give you since you can’t buy Skin ID or Proactive is to just wash your face at least 2-3 times a day. Do you have oily skin? Dry skin?

  3. I used to have bad acne when I was younger, and also had to treat it on a budget. This may or may not work for you, but I found that if I washed my face with antibacterial soap, soaked a cotton ball in alcohol and wiped my face with it, then applied vitamin E lotion, my skin cleared up tremendously. You can also try separating an egg yolk and applying the yoke to your face and letting it dry. It’s gross, but works fairly well.

  4. Wash your face three times a day with warm water and mild soap, Ivory or Cuticura, use Witch Hazel as an astringent. Use a gentle scrub and a clay-based facial mask once a week. Use Biore Pore S trips for blackheads. They really work.

Wash your hair with a good dandruff shampoo since the acne is on your forehead.
