   have you tried st. ives? it really does work. or try spraying your face with witch hazel before bed. use a moisturizer too. get enough sleep and eat well

   You mainly just need to drink plenty of water, but if it’s genetic try a dermatologist. I also follow The Beauty Bean.

   Hi hunny… i sympathise with you, i sufferd with this myself, i know you said not to say medications but it is best to go and see your doctor they will give you a cream specifically for acne, it may scar if you do not treat it properly, try not to itch and scratch it too much (i know its hard) but thats what causes scarring)

   If not i used teatree oil which helped mine somewhat.
