Stumped with bad skin?
I have literally tried every brand of acne treatments out there right now, plus plenty of home made solutions. I've been to two different dermatologists, and neither of them have been helpful [mostly because they have never listened to what I had to say]
I'm sticking with the current one for a few more weeks, but so far every cleanser, cream and medication she has tossed my way has either made my skin worse or has made me sick in other ways.
I'm just so frustrated right now, and would very much like some advice [whether it be on how to cope or ways to make my skin magically clear]

I recommend you try this remedy, my daughter got it from my grandmother, and she has clear skin ever since she started using it. First, get a mixing bowl and mix in about a teaspoon of lemon and water. Add some brown sugar to that, and mix thoroughly while pouring in about a cup of coconut juice. It may seem weird, but it works! Hope this helped.

Well if you put Benzoyl Peroxide on your skin with a Q tip occasionally, that can really help.
WATER! Drinking water is a GREAT way to flush out toxins!
SLEEP! You need a good night’s sleep! And when you do, try to sleep face upwards. It gives a natural face lift, and the oil from your hands and hair won’t make acne worse!
HYGIENE! Be careful when your on the phone, your hand and phone touch the side you your face alot. Try not to put your face in your hands as much too.
But yeah, puy Benzoyl Peroxide, on the bad spots, and I think that might help!

I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Have you tried Proactiv Solution before? I have been using for almost 5 years now and it is amazing! I tweak my way of using it a little bit. For the first few weeks, I followed the proactiv’s 3 steps (cleanser, toner and moisturizer). After almost 3 months, I just used the cleanser, dropped the toner and use Clinique moisturizer. As for the mask, I use natural ingredients: honey and oats.
Today, I am totally less dependent on proactiv. I use it once every 3 days! So yeah, try to use proactiv and stick to it. Be patient and see the result yourself. If it cause redness, try to use it only once a day.
Other advice would be and i know this gonna sound cliche, watch your diet. It works, believe me. Be easy on greasy food, spicy food, sugary food and drink lots of plain water. Be easy on makeup or other perfumed face cream.
Read more tips on my site where I shared my Proactiv’s experience and tips at http://www.mybest-acnetreatment.com.
Good luck.

I don’t know how old you are or what you have tried, but I recommend:
Tea tree oil
Nonie of Beverly Hills 10% AHA lotion
acupuncture
Change your pillow slip frequently
Don’t cleanse too harshly or your skin will produce more oil to compensate
