Red spots on my legs..?
I've been getting teeny red dots on my thighs, knees, and shin that are flat or sometimes hurt and are a little inflamed. i read in a Seventeen magazine that they're caused from wearing too tight pants, which makes sense because I'm super skinny and I have to wear leggings under my jeans so they fit, and i love my jeans really tight. Natural oils and moisturizers from your skin try to come out of your pores on your legs and they get suffocated under the tightness of the leggings and/or jeans and they cause the red dots.
I know it's easy to just stop wearing tights pants and they'll go away, but I really like wearing tight jeans, they look best on me.
The teeny red dots are small and not really noticable but they're still there and obviously I want them gone.
I've tried Neosporin, acne-spot treatment, and exfoliating with a lufa and body wash in the shower and it helps a little, but they still come.
Besides stopping wearing tight jeans can anyone tell me what I can do?
thankss

In addition to the exfoliating, use a noncomedogenic body lotion and shave often in the area you’re getting the spots. Keep the skin moisturized and as smooth as possible.
I get those spots on my thighs and hips sometimes, and those dots tend to become ingrown hairs. If you must wear clothing that rubs and causes dots, take care to avoid ingrown hairs – they hurt!
