Red itchy rash (looks like acne) on face, chest and neck.?
I have a rash on my face, neck and chest that looks like I had a bad acne breakout. My skin is also extremely dry and itchy. I i nitially thought the rash from from dry skin but no matter how much I moisturize it the rash won't go away. It's starting to really bother me and gross me out. I had this once about 6 months ago and thought I had a reaction from changing my detergent. I haven't done a nything recently that I can think of that would cause this.
Any experience, thoughts, suggestions?

well it could be prickly heat….its usually common in hot and humid weather…..but i dont really know what the climate of ure place is…so see if it applies to you……
if it is…then you can get rid of em by bathing twice a day and applying talcum powder on your body……..

well, if i were a doctor i would check to see how your liver is, not just the standard liver lab, but diseases that affect the liver such as hepatitis b or hepatitis c (hcv is famous for stumping doctors because not always will there be abnormal "high" liver enzymes (alt and ast). i would also test you for herpes. herpes can affect your face, neck and chest.
if all things are inconclusive, i would then send you to a dermatologist.
