Really bad acne all of a sudden….not sure what's causing it?
I have all of a sudden gotten really bad acne on my face, chest, and back even a few little pimples on my legs I have no idea where it is coming from. I've been working out more and I'm curious if maybe that has something to do with it?
My daily routine includes in the mornings
Wash my face with Clean & Clear Continuous control acne cleanser
Neutrogena Acne stress control Triple Action toner
Clean & Clear advantage Acne Control moisturizer
sometimes I will also use clean & clear acne spot treatment
For my body I use
Neutrogena body clear body wash.
I use make-up every single day
could it be the make-up causing me to break-out more?
I'm not sure any advice would do thanks!!
By the way I went through puberty a long time ago so it's not that

Sometimes it’s stress. It sometimes can be adult acne. Go to your doctor. I got a pill for bacteria. Cleared everything.

quit dumping all those chemicals on your face and it will clear up

Try not to mix so many acne creams and let your skin breathe! it could also be from stress and working out! If it continues and gets to the point that you reallly can’t stand it, go to a dermatologist and see what they say!

Skin goes through cycles. Working out could definitely have something to do with it. Or it could be stress. I was stressed out after a break up and moving and classes when I was 21-22 and my normally perfectly clear face was covered in acne. Took awhile to get it under control but I finally did and then there came a time when I could stop using the acne medicine again.
Gunna sound like a commercial, but give Proactiv a shot. It really, really, really kicked the crap out of my acne. Very fast. In like 2 weeks using it as directed my face had cleared.
