Problem with my acne?
I had gotten rid of it for like September-December. I had a few pimples but nothing really bad or anything.
But now for some reason its back again and i just dont have the clear skin that i had before.
I always stick to my skin routines at night. I put on moisturizer and some of that on the spot treatment when i have a pimple starting to come out.
What did i do wrong to have it come back again??
PS. i wear my hair back out of my face ever day and i dont even have bangs. I wash my face in the morning, when i get home from school, and at night.
Im 14.

Hey there!!
First of all you understand why you are suffering with acne!!
As a person is growing from childhood to adulthood, certain hormonal changes take place in his/her body which make skin oily!! These oily secretions are ideal for growth of certain bacteria like Propionobacterium acnes which infect the skin and cause acne
What you can do to prevent acne: Wash your face with a good facial scrub and water at least thrice daily or as much as required for a clean skin and clear pores!! Don’t use oil based make up or creams!! If possible use an antiseptic solution containing Chlorhexidine (savlon), etc..
What to do when you have acne: First of all please do not touch, squeeze or puncture as it may lead to a very bad scar!! Just wash your face with luke warm water and then after drying apply Clindamycin ointment twice daily!! Keep it clean and if it bursts by it’s own then just wipe away the fluid/pus oozing out using a clean sterile cotton swab!! If the acne are very severe and not healing even after 4 days of application then you will need an oral Antibiotic course of Doxycycline for 10 days which is given when you will consult a doctor!! However, most of the cases respond to these measures and do not require a doctor visit!!
Most importantly: Please stop worrying about these as they are normal and will go as you grow up!!!

Continue your treatment regimen, but only wash your face twice per day – washing it too often will cause your skin to create more oil. Puberty hormones will give you these acne issues, but just keep with your regimen.

You should REALLY consider exfoliating at least twice a week, and unless your skin is very oily cut down to washing your face in the morning and at night. Exfoliating helps slough off all the dead skin and leaves your skin feeling lighter and fresher.
It could be anything really… maybe you started eating less healthy or you’re more stressed.
