prednisone and prednisolone and acne?
what are the main differences? are they both equally effective in treating acne? are either dangerous or are they safe to use? which is better for the treatment of acne? also, do they become dependent?

They are essentially the same product, as they become the same product within the body after one pass thru the liver. But, more to the point, they can be used in inflammatory, cystic acne to "cool it down", but it’s not a treatment for acne itself. In fact, with use, it can actually cause "steroid acne."
