Pores, scars n Micro dermabrasion? wedding coming plsss help soooon?
I have been going to dermatologist for 6 months n still it has just taken my acnes n no real result, tho im visiting best dermatologist. I had been cruel to my skin, used things randomly b4 i started with d dermatologist. I used walnut scrub without a pack, used retin creams, used toothpaste, even used the harsh backcleaner :( .. As a result my pores are large n kind of scrapped, look like wrinkled skin. Skin is oily yet dull, laugh lines r quite elderly looking. Acne scars r there n my nose looks really bad with deep gone blackheads-i've tried all ways to remove them n even tried d saloon, but the lady after 2 months said that i need some chemical treatment. So guys tell me is micro dermabrasion a solution? Also suggest other home remedies n skin care n food tips. My sister is getting married after 1.5 month so i wanna look better. solution 4- 1.dull scapped skin. 2. deep gone blackheads 3. uneven shaped large pores. i got no glow even though im 19yr girl. I've lost confidence.thnx.help

Microdermbrasion can help blackheads and dull skin.
Baking soda microdermbrasion/exfoliant recipe
Make a paste with baking soda and water, then gently rub on face and rinse.
For large pores, dull skin and to get a great glow try this recipe.
Papaya mask/exfoliant (My favorite!!!)
Cut papaya in 1 inch chunks. Blend/mash 2 or 3 chunks and store the wrest in the freezer. Apply the blended/mashed papaya and leave on face for 10-20 min. Use 2 or 3x a week.
The papaya may tingle but that just means that the papaya is working and it is breaking down dead skin cells to give that lovely glow and since it breaks down the dead skin it clears out the pores and in turn they shrink!!! (You may not see the results you want until you use it for a while. About a month 2 or 3x a week.)
P.S. I have acne also and a few scars and blackheads and I use all these recipes and my skin has gotten so much better. I now get compliments on how pretty I am and how I always have such glowing skin! If you’d like more recipes e-mail me and I’ll surely help u!!
Hope this works for you!!!!

Microdermabreasion definitely works, but it will be uncomfortable..plus it seems a bit too much for somebody who is 19..
Did you really mess up your skin that bad?
You can try a blackhead extractor from http://blackheadproducts.com to get the deeper blackheads..and check out some of their natural tips as well.
I am inclined to say that if you just wash your face regularly, and eat healthy your skin will come back with its glow. You are much too young to need mda.

Microdermabrasion can definitely help your skin out. It’s pretty good for overall skincare, it should definitely help shrink your pores and help remove dead skin or bacteria that might be causing breakouts. Microdermabrasion could help with acne scars, but probably not that much, for acne scars you want to look into a laser treatment like fraxel.
The thing that I think is better than microdermabrasion though is a treatment called ipl photofacial… it’s kind of like all around skin protection. It’s a laser treatment that shrinks pores, reduces acne, and helps decrease wrinkles. Photofacial is better than a microderm because it stimulates your skin’s own collagen production, so it sort of gives your skin this natural boost of energy.
Here’s a website about microdermabrasions:

Ouch you poor thing…please try the oil cleansing method. It is cheap and very effective. Mix half castor, half hazelnut oil (if you can get it) and massage into your skin at night, for 5/10 minutes. Steam if you can. Wipe off well with a hot damp facecloth. No more scrubbing for a while, it sounds like you may have done a little damage with harsh scrubs, sometimes you can scratch your skin without seeing it. The tone your skin, with Witchhazel, or if that is too harsh, a little Neroli Hydrosol. Then I would use a good nourishing oil serum to bring your glow back, with plenty of Vit E for the scarring. You can make your own very easily. Consider also a good range of mineral makeup, avoiding Bismuth Oxychloride. If you get a good brand, it can actually help with many skin problems, and will certainly give you a healthy look. Feel free to email me if you want to discuss further. Wait a while before MD….

Yes, I believe microdermabrasion is the best solution for you. Go to a beauty salon and have treatments schedules 2 weeks appart, you will see results after the first session, even though best results are obvious only after 8-10 sessions. Microderma is effective on acne scars, fine lines, blemishes, enlarged pores..
You can also try one of those at home kits, but the professional procedure is more effective and has faster results.
Hope this helps.
