ok i dont have bad acne, but i have a lot of pimples on my forhead and they are red and gross!!! i have tried proactive (my skin had an allergic reaction!), i have tried deep clean, St. Ives, clearasil ultra, and clean and clear...it works really well for about 3 days and then my skin just gets used to it!!!! is there anything i can to do have perfect skin (like i know there is no such thing as perfect) but no pimples, and a treatment that my skin wont get used too to that it works constantly!! thank you sooo much!! Home remedies would be appriciated too!!! ***oh yeahh i also have really oily skin, and i have a lot of blackheads so any recommended blackhead scrubs or pads would be great!!!

  1. Use an exfoliating brush to clean your face with, an exfoliating sponge would work too, but I personally prefer a brush. You can buy them at walmart in the section that has the bath sponges and brushes. They only cost a few dollars.

Next I think tea tree soap works best. I actually buy the more expensive Paul Mitchell brand from a hair salon (about $7 per bar), but most health food stores also carry tea tree soap that costs less.

Tea Tree is a natural antiseptic so it kills acne causing bacteria naturally and safely, without irritating chemicals. I have very sensitive skin and am allergic to a lot of products, but Tea Tree has proven to work nicely on me without causing an allergic reaction.

  2. This is a home remedy and it does work. I do it and I know a few others that this works for.

First wash your face with a good cleanser (do this every night before you go to bed). I really really like the Basis face bar. They have the glycerine and sensitive skin. You might want to try the sensitive skin bar.

Then take 2 aspirin and dissolve them in your hand with a little warm water (you want to make it into a "paste" like consistency). Use just the plain old cheap Wal-mart bulk aspirin. It makes it easier if you have the non coated kind.
Rub this all over your face.. but don’t scrub it into your skin. Just put it on. Let it dry for a few minutes, brush off (don’t wash it!) the excess, then go to bed.

In the morning wash your face again with the Basis soap.

It will take a week or two before you begin to see results, but do it every night and it will help clear up your skin.

    Good luck!!
