People who know about or have used Benzoyl Peroxide for acne?
I've been using 4% Benzoyl Peroxide for three weeks twice a day and it has really helped me clear my blackheads and whiteheads that i had, but these last few days im noticing actual pimples forming. Before using Benzoyl Peroxide, my acne was mostly blackheads and whiteheads, once in a while a few pimples (no more than 3 at a time), but currently i have about 10. I havent had any new whiteheads or blackheads, in fact, im almost free of them, but now there's pimples! I've heard that this is temporary, and that with any treatment that works you initially break out bad and then clear up. Is this true or has this happened to anyone? And if so, in how long should these red bumps (not filled with pus) go away in, a few days, considering im still applying Benzoyl twice a day? Also, is this "initial" breakout supposed to happen after three weeks, or should it have already happened?

heres a tip:
wash your face with warmwater
pat some of the water off, but keep moisture
rub your strongest washing acne creme into your face and affected areas, then rinse with warm water
then, apply your acne drying creme, but on top of that, add a generous layer of toothpase all over your face. After about 30 minutes, rinse off. Note that during this you may experience a slight stinging.
the last step is to take rubbing alcohol on a q-tip or gauze pad and rubb onto red/pimpled/acne areas
and there you go! your face should feel clean, and look clean

benzoyl peroxide damages skin, causes it to be more sensitive to dirt and bacteria, and sun light, so once you stop using your skin breaks out even more, thus creating a vicious cycle, also causes your skin to age faster than normal
dont eat crap, and stop putting crap on your face
smart people now know the body is a whole integrated system, including your skin
