Out of control chest acne!?

I really dont have that bad of an acne problem on my face, I'm usually very clear, unless i get stressed and pick my face, and sometimes i get an occasional pimple. My back is the same way sort of, pretty much clear, but if i scratch my back too much i might break out. and i was sort of like that on my chest, but a lot less. like in the past i had gotten maybe one or two oddball pimples on my chest. then in like february, i got a pimple on my chest and i thought it would just go away like normal but it didnt! I started breaking out even more on my chest and now it looks like i'm pretty much a burn victim all over my chest. Its been like this since the beginning of february. and the first pimple has still not gone away! A lot of my shirts are low cut, and thats not because im slutty its because i find it more comfortable than having a collar around my neck, but i've been having to wear higher collars and UGHHH this is really just becoming a problem.

If you can help me please do so! I want to be clear-chested again! It's so weird, and if this has happened to you please tell me.

  1. God, how annoying this must be for you. The acne sounds pretty severe and unfortunately the only advice I have is for the fairly mild outbreaks of spots I used to get on my chest. However, it may help clear up some of the spots and prevent any more from appearing – I use lemon and tea tree oil Original Source shower gel and it’s the only thing that keeps me clear.

I would advise not touching the spots AT ALL, not using any moisturisers, sprays or scents on the area and washing the area every day in the shower with this shower gel. Make sure the water isn’t too hot and finish with a cold rinse to close your pores. If you ever feel sweaty, oily or itchy on your chest, jump in the shower as soon as you can.

    Worked for me.

If that doesn’t help though, see a doctor, as what you describe sounds really unpleasant for you. I know how much it can get you down, but there are loads of ways a doctor can help you be clear again. Good luck :)
