Opinions: Do you think Apple Cider Vinegar works for acne?

First, in general, do you think apple cider vinegar works?

Second, if you said yes, did you dilute it with water?

Third, did you break out after?

Fourth, do you think this was because of the Apple Cider Vinegar?

Fifth, if you did, do think it was because of the Apple Cider Vinegar? Do you think this was because it helped clean toxins out?

Sixth, would you recommend Apple Cider Vinegar as a topical treatment?

Seventh, would you recommend Apple Cider Vinegar as something to take internally? How would you take this?

Thank you : )

And if you have any other tips to reduce inflammation that would be awesome! :)

  1. this link (to acne.org) has almost 300 reviews of apple cider vinegar (some for topical application, some for internal).
it should really help, it pretty much answers all of your questions, from 292 people who’ve tried it for acne.

    hope it helps!

  2. No, I believe in washing your face, and removing make up before you go to sleep…

if problems prosiest contact a dermatologist, because they are the only obvious people that can help you….

sorry to sound rude, but its true.

I have heard of egg white masks, and certain types of commerial mud masks ( which I have used ) …but never apple cider….

  3. I wouldnt be true to my name if I didn’t say ohmygoodnessgraciousME! I have SO been there before and let me tell ya, BAD CHOICe. my skin smelt bad for DAYS. be careful

clean and clear and not smelling like apple cider vinegar is what I always say ;)

  4. Alright, anything with the word vinegar is never good.
put a dot of toothpaste on your acne and it should go away. (: just on the spots though, or it creates skin discoloration.

  5. Apple cider vinegar is great to use after cleaning your face. Dilute the vinegar 1 part to 1 part water and use on a cotton ball. Then take a Q-tip and use full strength on pimples and blackheads. This does really work because apple cider vinegar is a fruit acid. Also take a Biotin and Omegan 3,6,9 supplements.
