Need some help pleasee? (:?

Ugh. I'm 14 and I have not severe acne, but moderate acne on my face and back. I know that there's a ton of questions about this stuff, but I still haven't quite found what I'm looking for. I started breaking out a lot more after I was about 4 months into my period. My forehead and my chin were the worst. I hardly had anything elsewhere. I switched from using the Wave & Clean & Clear Morning Burst to using products meant to treat acne, and it has gotten worse on my cheeks, but gone down significantly on my forehead & chin. I don't know what to do...my mom says it's just a part of growing up, but isn't there some way to live acne-free?! My self confidence is definitely lowered due to the acne and the fact that during the day my face gets pretty oily and red...I don't know what to do! Should I use the Morning Burst and the Wave on my cheeks but acne products on my forehead and chin? I have been using Clinique Acne Solution system for about 2 months now, and as I said before my forehead is relatively clear, but not my cheeks at all or the areas around my nose. Omg, please help!!! Would drinking a lot of water daily help? If so how much should I drink? THANKS SO MUCH!!! <3

  1. Drink Lots of water – it will definatley help. The reason why this is like this is because you stopped and started different creams, or didnt use a cream constantley. Use an acne cream that is well known and is medically proven. Use it every morning and night – or do what the tube says, but dont stop[ using it, carry it on. Also wash your face in the morning and at night to keep it clean. You could also use cleanser as well. But dont let it keep you down, this is meant to happen and every other girl will eventualy get this to!

Good luck, hope this helped! :D

  2. drink about eight cups of water daily. the acne is cause by the crazy hormones. the acne might not go away for awhile.

  3. Skin care for oily skin has its challenges but by adopting the correct oily skin regimen, being consistent with your treatment for oily skin you eventually will see results. The tough part is trying different products that work for you. Try one at a time and give it at least a month to work.
You may want to give proactive line a try.
