My SKIN is very oily and gross?

My skin is horrible! Can you help me?
i'm a teen and my skin is horrible.
acne runs in the family and i want to have baby smooth skin!
my skin is rough and bumpy.
no major zits but dark scars and red tiny pimples that never go away.
my skin is SUPER oily and I don't know what to do!!

It feels like i've tried everything but nothing ever works like i expect it to.
my skin is pale but my pimples make it red.

I wish my skin could be smooth and i wouldn't care if it was oily.

it seems i'm the only teen with this problem

here are the products i use:

morning:
clean and clear morning burst (orange) cleanser
Aveeno positively radiant daily moisturizer (SPF 30)

night:
DIfferin gel (0.1%)(DOCTOR)
Clindamycin Phosphate Lotion(DOCTOR)
Clean and Clear Advantag Acne Spot Treatment

SHower:
Aveeno Firming Scrub

Every once in a while:
Biore Ultra Nose Strip

I also do wear make-up:
Maybelline Mineral Powder foundation and powder

WHAT DO I DO???

Can't I take something to calm down the acne???

What's your opinion? What worked (really) for you? What do you think will work for me?

Additional Details
I just recently switched to the Aveeno moisturizer from the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion because Aveeno is oil-free and Clinique seemed to clog my pores.

  1. Shower daily with Dial body wash. Use deodorant. Use a lotion that is NOT for dry skin but for normal to oily skin and do not use too much.

  3. 1st Impression Cleanser is specifically made for oily or troublesome skins. Use it twice a week by putting some in your hands and creating a lather. Massage this into your face then rinse with warm water leaving your skin slightly damp. I hope this works.
