  1. Simple. Go to the doctor.

    My work here is done.

  2. My advice would be to invest in a good pair of exfoliating gloves. As I’m sure you know spots/pimples are a build up of oil, dirt, dead skin cells or a result of the food you’re eating.

Exfoliating gloves (3 quid in all pharmacies), use them everyday when you shower.

Have a look for some good moisturizers that have little or no perfume and are suitable for whatever type of skin you have, and also ones that aren’t overly oily.

Try use soaps and stuff that are of the same type with the moisturizers.

Keep it simple and don’t over-do it with things to make it go away, because that counteracts it and makes it worse.

    Hope this helps :) xx

  3. Try Ivory soap, unsented. it works wonders for acne…trust me

  4. As someone with severe acne for years, I feel for you. My brothers had this exact problem (chest/back acne)

Proactive, I’ve found, is expensive and doesn’t work well (I’ve found the more generic version of it, Acne Free, to work slightly better, though neither of them measure up to a prescription.) And if you aren’t using 10% benzyl peroxide as cream, you are cheating yourself.

Just because it isn’t facial acne, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t visit your doctor (they’ll tell you if you need to go to a dermatologist, or if they can prescribe you something and save you the wait and trip.) Prescription facial cream, as well as body wash (INCREDIBLE) will go miles for you. And, if that doesn’t work, antibiotics always do.

You don’t want to to scar, sweetheart, which is why I think instead of experimenting with expensive over the counter acne treatments (as I did) you should get to a doctor ASAP.

  5. wash it every day with soap and if that doesn’t help go to the doctor

  6. Go buy a shea butter soap cleanser or ST Ives Honey/Shea soap body shower lotion a Walmart.
