Murad is it effective..?

k well i'm fourteen years old and i have horrible skin. I was on sephora.com and I typed in blemishes/acne and the first thing that came up was a treatment called Murad. All of the comments were nice and all but I really want to know if its worth the money. I also want to know how long does it last and how long does it take to work. Also if it will help improve the texture and color of my skin. My skin is not sensitive so it usually doesn't dry out. Thanks for the help(; give me your honest opinion on this product. Also any recommendations (not proactive! hate it!) xoxo
