I am having the same problem the best thing is to stop using all this and give chance to ur skin to get any benifit of them
do not use any home remedy avoid exposure to sun stress excercise(sweat) , hot water soap of any type and finally any food that cause flushing of acne like chocolates
briefly give it rest to self healing and little corticosteroid containing cream will help

Wow, you’ve tried a lot — but it definitely sounds like you’ve exhausted most of the options with over-the-counter products. If the dermatologist has only given you topical treatments, either go to a new dermatologist or return and request Accutane (it really is the only effective treatment for some patients — but it is only appropriate for severe acne). If Accutane is not an option for some reason, some other prescription options are, especially if your skin is very oily: Tazorac, Nicomide-T, and Plexion cleanser. This triple combination works particularly well for patients with very oily complexions. An oral antibiotic can also be added to this for additional treatment. Difficult cases of acne typically require "combination therapy", where multiple products are utilized together for effective control, but the product selection has to be very careful to prevent over-irritation of the skin, which can aggravate acne. If your dermatologist is not willing to accept input or doesn’t listen to your dissatisfaction, then you definitely need to find a new dermatologist. Good luck!
