I've been told to use apple cider vinegar for my acne, but I need exact and detailed instructions for use?

I've been told several times to try something with apple cider vinegar to clean out the pores on my face and help get rid of blackheads, but I can't find a recipe or easy to understand set up instructions. Please tell me how much apple cider, how much vinegar, how much water, and be very specific and detailed! Answer that is easiest to understand (and preferably uses corrects grammar, spelling, and punctuation) will get best answer!

  1. Check out http://www.earthclinic.com for very specific and detailed instructions. Plenty of information that is easy to understand about Apple Cider Vinegar, which is used for many different problems. Also look at Hydrogen Peroxide on the site.

  2. Ask your doctor or a skin specialist for EXACT AND DETAILED instructions. Don’t ask us yahoos here on YAHOO because we’re not qualified to dispense medical advice.

  3. you can buy apple cider at food store already in proper mix
I think that would be painful to use
try using a medicated soap and wash twice daily for best results
    good luck

  4. I HEARD ANOTHER HOME REMEDY
    WAS A BABY SHAMPOO MADE BY JOHNSON’S & JOHNSON’S

  5. That sounds painful, I would not advise using it. My son used to have severe acne, even on his back and shoulders. I took him to a dermatologist, she prescribed at least 3 meds along with a face wash of neutrogena. I know one of the meds was monocycline and the other was also a cycline type med. It did the job along with some cream he used in moderation to dry up the oiliness. See a dermatologist instead, they work wonders.

  7. First you must get the most beneficial apple cider vinegar which is Bragg’s Unprocessed Apple Cider Vinegar for it still has the "Mother"in it-all the good minerals enzymes etc esp Potassium which you can actually see in the vinegar .Bragg’s can be found in any Health Food Store(Have looked at Brown Apple Cider Vinegar in the Grocery Store and too clear-has no "Mother".You can also find the Bragg’s Book-Pamphlet on all the health uses of Vinegar with actual testimonials from those who have used and been helped, the history of Vinegar and so on. I use 11/2 Tablespoon of Bragg’s Vinegar to 1/2cup of water ,then saturate a cotton pad and put the vinegar all over my face and neck areas and do NOT Rinse. The Vinegar 1-returns skin to normal ph level and 2.kills th bacteria on th skin and prevents new bacteria forming. Since blackheads is oil in the pore combining with air and bacteria on the skin causing a infection in the pore-the blackheads and whiteheads. After cleansing with a mild soap-I use Dove and rinsing thoroughly -leaving no soap residue on the skin.To avoid residue can first saturate cotton pad(s) with Bragg’s Vinegar and wiping over face and throat until totally clean and then saturate new cotton pad when leaving the Bragg’s on the face/throat overnight-the time when the skin renews itself-sloughing off dead cells etc. Then again in the morning I repeat the same procedure-cleanse with Dove and Follow with the 1 1/2tablespoon in 1/2cup of water and saturate leaving it on the face/neck. Anytime during the day whether from weather or activity I sweat esp onto the forehead first opportunity I take a cotton pad, saturate with Bragg’s(have a small squirt bottle- was a small toner bottle originally -anything that can be filled and carried in purse) and wipe over sweated areas for sweat if left on the skin quickly forms bacteria causing blackheads and breakouts. Naturally my Morning routine after the Bragg’s also includes a SPF30 Sunscreen(every day always) and lastly a Ginseng,Ester C among other atioxidant ingredient Moisterizer. Since you have a blackhead problem would refrain from Foundation but if must very light but prefer Talc Free-with Minerals -Powder and Blush-excellent Coverage but does not clog pores(no talc)sits on top of the skin-gives the appearance of a flawless complexion.L’Oreal and Physicians Formula are the brands that have available in most stores.Gave a bit more info than you requested but am always complimented on my skin and use the products I mentioned.
